Our product isn’t designed to be entirely homogenous every time but to change and evolve along with the partners we’re working with and the agave they’re caring for. This means that our nectar is produced in the same traditional method every time, but you can look forward to slight variations in each batch that will help you get to know the amazing producers and plants we’re working with. We just opened the latest batch from our friend Miguel Angel Aleman Torres. Miguel makes his aguamiel from two different species of agave, Salmiana and Manso. That means you can expect the same earthy fruity calling card you know us for, plus a light savory note that would make this absolutely phenomenal in a glaze for wings, ribs, or anything going on that first grill of the year!
